Due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, certain operational protocols have been put in place in order to maintain the safest and healthiest work environment possible for our tenants, guests, and service partners. Protocols are subject to change as needed based on guidance from public health authorities and local jurisdictions, as well as the dynamic nature of the pandemic and the needs of the property.
To combat the spread of germs, we have reduced touchpoints by installing automatic faucets, soap dispensers, and flush valves in all restrooms. Touchless ADA doors are now available in the lobby and parking garage elevator lobby entrances. Hand sanitizer stations are available throughout the building.
In addition, all common areas (including the lobby, restrooms, elevator cabs, elevator call buttons, Deck655, and fire stairwell railings) have been treated with MicroShield 360, an anti-microbial coating that kills pathogens and prevents them from living on treated surfaces. The janitorial team will continue to clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces more frequently with products that meet the CDC’s criteria for use against SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19.
In accordance with CDC guidance, outside air introduction has been maximized where possible to provide additional ventilation. The air filters have been replaced with MERV-LX11, the highest rated filters available for the building, which are changed quarterly.
